Camp Staff Foster Safe and Meaningful Experiences

Carefully chosen from around the world, our camp staff introduces campers to new cultures as living examples of diversity and individ­uality. Most are college students or college graduates and selected for their skills, experience, and ability to serve as role models for campers.

Exceptional Camp Staff

All staff are fully screened and complete extensive training which includes CPR, First Aid, diversity, behavior management, and child and adolescent development. Each camp location is staffed with a full-time nurse, certified lifeguards, and skilled outdoor educators. Campers are organized in groups of up to 16 led by one counselor and one junior counselor.

Counselor Recruitment Begins in October!

Positions include:

  • Junior Counselor: age 16 and up
  • General Counselor I: 18 and up (graduated high school)
  • General Counselor II: age 18 and up (completed at least one year of college or technical school)
  • Activity Specialist: age 18 and up
