Darragh is from Ireland and will serve as Head Staff for the 2023 camp season!
When did you start working with Green Chimneys Summer Camp?
My first summer at Green Chimneys was the summer of 2022 when I was a Sports Specialist at Hillside!
What was your Favorite memory from the 2022 Camp Season?
My favourite memory from last summer was colour war. It’s a beautifully organised mess and everyone gets involved! I just wish I had of close my eyes and mouth more than I did.
Why are you returning to camp?
I want to broaden my skills as a Head Staff member, contribute new ideas and put my own spin on things at camp!
Favorite camp song?
All of them, but probably “In the Jungle” (I have fun/ I have found/On a Farm) is my favourite. I don’t know how I kept my voice to be honest. “Princess Pat” is another favourite.
What is your favorite theme week and what did you dress up as?
My favourite week was probably Disney/Pixar week, when I dressed up as the Pixar lamp. It was a…lightbulb moment. I’m always up for painting my face in any colour possible.
