Helping Those Who Need Camp The Most

Thanks to support provided by foundations and individuals, Green Chimneys offers camp scholarships to families that otherwise would not be able to send their child to camp. Scholarships are awarded based on need and the availability of funds.

The Scholarship Committee will begin to review completed applications in order of receipt and applicants will be contacted on a rolling basis.

To apply for a scholarship:

  1. Register your child(ren) for camp for either Clearpool Summer Camp or Hillside Summer Camp and pay the minimum deposit. Your deposit will be refunded if a scholarship is not awarded and you can’t afford camp.  If you need to arrange a payment plan for the deposit, please call AJ Johnson at 845.225.8226 x1600. Please be sure to register before submitting your scholarship application as spots fill up quickly and you want to be sure your child(ren) is able to attend.
  2. Download and complete the Camp Scholarship Application
  3. Return your Scholarship Application, along with all required paperwork as outlined within the application, to:
