Empowering youth and their families through strength-based skill building and emotional support creates the best possible environment to help youth stabilize their life, change their outlook, and strive for success. Through family-centered intervention and an individualized therapeutic approach, our program fosters pro-social behaviors, positive parent-child relationships, and optimal functioning for youth.
Available services:
- Weekly individual and family counseling
- Case management and skills assessment
- Collaboration with school faculty and health providers
- Skill-building support up to 4 hours per week
- 24-hour crisis intervention
- Respite services and temporary shelter
Youth can also access ongoing psycho-educational groups and semi-annual leadership retreats. Monthly parent support groups offer learning opportunities and connection to other families.
